Crème de la Crème was founded on the idea that cosmetics is a science and many others live in it.

It all started with a question: what will cosmetics look like in ten years' time? We believe that the future of this industry will be ethical, carried using the highest level of science, able to welcome all who love beauty. It will help people to leverage their lives, physically and psychologically, it must be sustainable, transparent, digital first, inclusive and created by women, naturally. This is the vision behind Crème de la Crème, the first portuguese project in Cosmetic Curatorship; a moving brand and the starting point for many others.

These are the services we feel were lacking in the industry - truly creative and aggregating solutions for modern companies and brands led by full human beings, who live their whole lives with eyes set on the future.

 

About Us

 

Joana Nobre

I am a Pharmacist, with a MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and specialization in Dermocosmetics, having done a postgraduate study in this field and yet another in Branding and Image Management. I have a fascination with Psychoanalysis, Statistics and Communication.

Throughout my career, I specialized in product development (choice of active ingredients, stability trials, clinical efficacy tests), in the regulatory area (import and distribution of cosmetics) and in brand communication (development of technical materials, training of sell-out teams and press and social media communication).

I have worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry since 2005, with international roles of technical direction and communication. I teach at several higher education institutions, I am Program Manager of a Specialization Course in Dermocosmetics at the CESIF international school, author in Miranda by Sapo and member of SPCC’s Supervisory Board.

Teresa Faria

I am a Pharmacist and I have a specialization in Dermocosmetics. I took on the Technical Direction in Community Pharmacy for 13 years and the last 3 in the Industry. I have a particular taste for product galenics and for team motivation and empowerment.

I had the opportunity to work with large pharmaceutical groups taking on roles in technical training, health education, creation of scientific materials, logistics and organization of events, among others.

With my professional experience I have developed a truly global vision of Cosmetic Science.
